Inspection
We walk the whole exterior and look for rot, failing caulk, loose boards and the spots where the last coat gave up first.
Wash and scrape
The surface gets cleaned, then failing paint is scraped and sanded back so the new coating has something solid to hold.
Prime, caulk and coat
Bare spots and repairs are primed, joints are sealed, and the finish coats go on siding, trim and detail work.
Clear the site
Coverings come off, chips and debris are cleared from the beds and walkways, and we walk the exterior with you.
